Has over 40 years’ experience in building, civil, geotechnical & environmental projects. Worked in HK Government, MTR, clients, consultants, contractors in Australia. Projects included Sha Tin New Town, land development, waste management, Airport, Airport Railway, KCR Tsim Sha Tsui Extension, tunnels, EIA, sustainability design, green buildings, demolition, foundations & as Expert Witness. As AP, RSE, RGE in charge of many projects and knowledgeable in Buildings Ordinance and relevants laws, claims and disputes. He has over 10 years in handing engineering insurance for 300 various projects.
